She was predeceased by: her husband John W. Lucas; her parents, Orlyne Hill, and Jeptha P. "Jep" Hill, Sr.; and her siblings, Jep Hill, Jr. (Valeria) and Alicia Porter (Dewey).

She is survived by: her son Mark Lucas (Colleen); her sister Diana Silva (Jeff); her grandchildren, Megan and Cameron Lucas; and her nieces and nephews, Tonia Hill, Ashley Silva, Denise Evans, Frances Grant, Karen Martin, Julia Owens, Jep Hill III, Rock Powell, Brad, Kevin, Dewey Porter and Andrew Silva.
