With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Irene Mendez of Round Rock, Texas, born in McDade, Texas, who passed away on November 13, 2023 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Alberado Rocha Sr. and Guadalupe Rocha (Nunez); her siblings, Alberado Rocha Jr. and Josephine Rodriguez; and her niece Lori Ann Rocha.
She is survived by: her sisters, Guadalupe (Guadalupe Mendez) of Elgin and Lisa (Blas Sanchez Sr.) of Giddings. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins.
Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital, St. Williams Catholic Church in Round Rock, St. Margaret Catholic Church in Giddings, or to the charity of one's choice.
