He is survived by: his wife Pamela Butler; his daughters, Jill Jones (Jeff), Jennifer Mikan (Jason) and Gretchen Bice (Brent); his granddaughters, Gracie, Allison Mikan, Brigitte and Vivian Bice; and his stepgrandchildren, Jackson and Makena Bice.
