He is survived by: his wife Judy Swift of Round Rock, Texas; his children, Michael Swift of Kyle, Texas, Nancy Whitaker-Kropp (Doug) of Burlington, Iowa and Stephen Swift (Ali Welch Swift) of Cedar Park, Texas; his grandchildren, Wesley Whitaker (Caitlin) of Chicago, Illinois, Nicholas Whitaker (Elizabeth) of Burlington, Iowa, Emily, Amy Swift of Austin, Texas, Isabella, Lily Swift of Cedar Park, Kelsey Kropp Davis (Peter) of Aurora, Colorado, Shelby Kropp of Aurora Colorado, Taylor Kropp, Liam and Kian Welch of Cedar Park, Texas; his great grandchildren, Veda, Ford, Isla Whitaker of Burlington, Iowa, Ava and Jackson Davis of Aurora, Colorado.; and his siblings, Larry Swift of Overland Park and Sandra Rummans of Des Moines. He is also survived by several cousins, in-laws, nieces, and nephews.
