She was predeceased by: her husband Wayne Broughton Blacklock; her parents, Hoyt Perry and Thelma Perry; and her brothers, Ray, Gene (Jeanine) and Don Perry (Nanette).
She is survived by: her daughters, Pamela Dowd-Bohn (George) of Austin and LeAnn Perrow of Austin. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and fifteen great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 1st 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Cook-Walden/Capital Parks Funeral Home (14501 N Interstate Hwy 35, Pflugerville, TX 78660). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 1st 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A committal service was held on Friday, November 1st 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Cook-Walden/Capital Parks Funeral Cemetery (14501 N Interstate Hwy 35, Pflugerville, TX 78660).
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the First Baptist Church of Pflugerville, Texas, in memory of Frances.
