She was predeceased by: her husband James Edward Breeding; her parents, Zoe Irene Travis and James Harvey Travis, Jr.; her brother Bob Travis; and her siblings-in-law, Dorothy Farmer, Carol Zrubek, Fred Kramer and Peggy Kramer.

She is survived by: her sister Dorothy Meyer; her half-brother Jim Travis; her children, Jay Breeding (Susan), Lisa Breeding, Debra Cagle (Tim) and Laura Arrington (Kevin); her grandchildren, Amy Breeding, Janelle Whitehead (Travis), Andrew Cagle (Chandler), Travis Cagle, Seth Cagle, Aubree Watkins (Jake) and Kenzie Arrington; her great grandchildren, Ansel Cagle, Kennedy Whitehead and Eli Whitehead; and her brothers-in-law, Don Farmer and Franklin Zrubek.
