He is survived by: his wife Rilda Scarborough (Stephenson); his children, Charles "Charley" David Scarborough (Carolyn Scarborough) and Carrol Scarborough; and his grandchildren, Alix Scarborough (Alex "Xander" Cho) and Chloe Scarborough. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
