It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bobby Darrell Lipsey of Round Rock, Texas, born in Hubbard, Texas, who passed away on March 1, 2024, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Cecil Lipsey and Ethel Tommie Graves; his brothers, Bill and Roy Lipsey; and his grandson Shane Lyckman.
He is survived by: his wife Peggy Lipsey; his children, Terry Park and Cary Psencik (Rosy Psencik); his grandchildren, Josh Park, Erin Lyckman, Sara Ferguson (Hal Ferguson), Jessica LaPalio (Sam Lapalio) and Melissa Psencik; his great grandchildren, Addison Ferguson and Rylee Ferguson; and his pet Tuffy Lipsey.
