He was predeceased by: his parents, Billy Clifton Frazier Sr. and Dorothy Nona Farris; and his son Billy Clifton Frazier III. He is survived by: his son Joshua Logan Frazier (Jennifer Frazier); his grandchildren, Jo Sanderson, Zane Clifton Frazier, Zarya Marie Frazier, Sean Sanderson and Jesse Sanderson; and his sister Norma Frazier (Frank).
