He was predeceased by: his parents, Carmen Sepulveda and Benjamin Gonzalez, Sr.; his wife Norma Martinez; his children, Stephanie (Tracy), Vanessa and Ben; and his granddaughter Gabi.
He is survived by: his brother Rafael. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
