With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Lynda Currie of Rotan, Texas, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 4, 2024 at the age of 62. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Kenneth Currie; her granddaughter Savannah Barnhill; and her grandparents, Willie Nolan, Mamie Welty, Slim Campbell and Delma Christine Sharp Campbell.
She is survived by: her children, Melisha Barnhill (Robby), Carl Messick and Bradley Messick; her grandchildren, Sierra Barnhill and Xavier Messick; her mother Bonnie Currie; and her sisters, Beverly Adkins (Bud), Renea Weatherman (Jim) and Jean Currie. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
