With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Luther George Summers (Rotan, Texas), who passed away on February 18, 2024 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Vera Summers and L. R. Summers; his wife Genelle Smith; and his stepfather Buzz Taggart. He is survived by: his children, Neal (Kathy) and Lisa Wester (Steve); his grandchildren, Tanner Wester, Seth Summers, Caitlin Rascoe (Craig) and Coltin Wester (Chelsea); his great grandchildren, Summer, Ryder Luke, Parker, Cooper, Carter Luke, Cappella, Coral and Canter; his niece Linda Gavigan (Tom); his sister Evelyn Bell (William); and his nieces and nephews, Angela Ridgeway, Dianne Singleton, Charles Dillard, Christopher Davis, Ian Davis, Kevin Singleton and Genny Johnson.
