He was predeceased by: his siblings, Oran Barker and Wilba Moore. He is survived by: his wife Betty Joyce Hammit; his daughters, Vickie Barker of Lamesa and Pat Dennis of Lubbock; his son-in-law Don; his grandchildren, Michael and Kaitlyn Dennis; and his nephews, Jerry Barker and Don Terrell.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 2nd 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Weathersbee Ray Funeral Home (111 N McKinley Ave, Rotan, TX 79546). A funeral service was held on Monday, December 2nd 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, December 2nd 2024 at the Belvieu Cemetery.
