He was predeceased by: his parents, S. L. Etheredge (Schooner) and Lena Etheredge; his son Sidney Etheredge; his brother Don Etheredge; and his stepmother Irene Etheredge.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Etheredge; his sons, Tad Etheredge (Gordo), Britt Etheredge (Melissa) and Jim Etheredge (Gretchen); his stepdaughters, Teresa Thomson (Darry), Tina Bagley (Chad) and Tanya McClure (Joseph); his grandchildren, Shyana Baugh, Brittney Etheredge, Emma Etheredge, Madelyn Etheredge, Ethan Etheredge (Hannah), Ryan Thomson (Tabitha), Lindsey Ponder (Kyle), Sadie Taylor (Rees), Savannah Bagley, Sierra Bagley, Saylor Bagley, Sydney Etheredge, Emily Green and Brady McClure; his brother Mac Etheredge (Ginny); and his sister-in-law Billie Etheredge. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Weathersbee Ray Funeral Home (111 N McKinley Ave, Rotan, TX 79546). A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
