He is survived by: his children, Jerilyn Burkhart (Glenn) of Abilene and Mark Marshall (Jennifer) of Albany; his grandsons, Donovan Kading, Jack Marshall and Luke Marshall; his wife Mary Ann Parks of Melvin; and his siblings, Jimmy Marshall of Lohn and Sandra Wuest (Mike) of Fredericksburg, Texas..
