She was predeceased by: her parents, George Pitts and Selina Pitts (Johnson); her husband Carl Huitt; her sons, L. G. Williams, Charles Williams and Virgil Franklin; and her grandchildren, Sherby Gunn, Phillis Gunn, Alvin Reddic and Willie James Reddic.
She is survived by: her children, Inez Reese, Eula Gentry, Kay Triggs, Jeremiah Williams, Sarah Reddic, Annie Franklin and Henry Earl Franklin. She is also survived by thirty-six grandchildren, one hundred ten great grandchildren, one hundred ten great-great grandchildren, and two great-great-great grandchildren.
