We are sad to announce that on June 7, 2021, at the age of 78, Benito Silvas of Rotan, Texas, born in Gregory, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Domingo Silvas and Manuela Silvas; and his brothers, Fedencio Silvas and David Silvas. He is survived by: his wife Guadalupe; his children, Rene (Rena Silvas), Marcus (Celina Silvas), Christopher Silvas, Monte (Tabitha Silvas), Veronica Silvas Tankersley and Amanda (William Goodell); his grandchildren, Andre, Danielle Romero, Gabriela Silvas, Kaitlyn Thomas, Marc Alexander, Jessica Silvas, Taylor Silvas, Tatiana Baca, Khashi Silvas, Breylee Silvas, Brandon Rocha, David Rocha and Brianna Rocha; his great grandchild Cutter Tankersley; his siblings, Domingo (Stella Silvas), Robert Silvas, Juana (Ascension) and Maria Elena Silvas; and his sister-in-law Elida Silvas. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and close friends.
In lieu of flowers the family request that donations be made to Hendrick Hospice in Abilene or Fresenius Dialysis in Sweetwater.
