She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Nelson and Clara Lee Merritt (Beasley); her siblings, Joe Davis, Jim, Robert Merritt, Elizabeth Attebury and Sherry Carroll; her husband Jack Richards; and her son Jackie Don Richards.
She is survived by: her husband Donald H. Ringener of Rotan; her sisters, Marilyn Merritt of Kuna and Sandra Rodgers (Ron) of Kemp; her children, Rolynn Rose (Joe) of Lubbock, Kelby Mullins (Diana) of Rowlett, Kelly Smith (Larry) of Rotan, Lisa Rosseisen (Mark) of Cedar Park, Ted Ringener (Pamela) of Hohenfels and Sharon Drain (John) of Midlothian; and her grandchildren, Gareth Pipes (Samantha), Allison Swan (Clayton), JT Rose (Allison), Ben Rose (Leslie), Dan Rose (Taylor), Whitney Colm, Hailey Bickham (Kyle), Morgan Rosseisen, Mason Rosseisen, Marley Rosseisen, Sean Drain, Jordan Drain, James Ringener and Cory Ringener. She is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews and many cousins, friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the First Baptist Church (201 N McKinley Ave, Rotan, TX 79546). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the 1st Baptist Church (111 N McKinley Ave, Rotan, TX 79546).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to Angel Care of Rotan or the Heritage House on the Brazos Activity Fund or a charitable organization of your choice.
