He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen Locher and Sophie Locher; and his brother William Locher. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Locher; his children, Douglas Locher (late Colleen), Daniel Locher (Kim), David Locher (Andrea) and Dean Locher (Heather); his grandchildren, Garrett, Brooke, Devon, Keryne, Morgan, Mitchell, Stefan and Hayden; and his sisters, Elsie Ferguson (Donald) and Nancy Weil (Harry).
