He was predeceased by: his wife Ann Boehm; and his sister Viola Kohl (late Charles). He is survived by: his daughters, Julie B. Kincak (Dwayne) and Margaret B. "Peggy" Brown (Scott); his grandchildren, Ashley Turner (Marc), Sarah, Jarrett Brown and Christopher Kincak; and his siblings, Lillian Kocuba (late Stanley), Coletta Roth (late Robert), Lawrence Boehm (late Jacqueline), Georgia Boehm, Carol Funk (Alfred), Marian Mason (Richard) and Stephen Boehm (Lorraine). He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
