She is survived by: her spouse Edward J. Bastyr; her children, Edward J., Joanne K. Crouse (Thomas), Susan L. Bastyr and Joseph T. Bastyr (Marcia); and her grandchildren, Eduardo, Maite, Leyre, Jessica, Jason, Adam and Audra.
