He was predeceased by: his parents, Gus Tsafantakis and Josephine Tsafantakis; and his brother-in-law Richard Winegarden. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Tsafantakis; and his siblings, Barbara Lindsey (Ken), Diane Garza (David), Kathy Fesler (Doug), Tony Tsafantakis (Barbara), Lulu Lary (Richard) and Helen Carney (Pat). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and numerous extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers memorials can be made in Zack's honor to the American Cancer Society.
