She is survived by: her husband Edwin V O'Brien; her children, Edwin V. O'Brien, Jr. (Martha), Victoria Eileen Wolf, Gerald Henry O'Brien (Cassy) and John Wilton O'Brien (Kristy); her sister Ruth Eileen Simpson; her grandchildren, Sara Healey, Morgan, Noel Wolf, Josh, Jian, Shelby Johnson, Robert Harmen, Kaitlyn, Dylan Wallace, Cody and Caleb O'Brien; and her great grandchildren, Sherry Thompson, Christian Jones, Robert Harmon (Rallen), Everlee and Hudson Wallace.
