He is survived by: his wife Susan; his children, Brandy Bell (Mario) of Houston and Raymond L. Bell Jr. (Michelle) of Rosharon; his grandchildren, Quentin Bass (Victoria) of Angleton, Blake Bass (Peighton) of Pearland, Raymond L. Bell III, Brookalyn Bell, Landon Brown and Titan Bell of Rosharon; his great grandchildren, Aidyn and Jaxon Bass of Angleton; and his siblings, Barbara Staggs of Franklin, TX, Dewitt Bell (Janice) of Rockport, TX and Frances Lackey of Dale, TX. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
