He was predeceased by: his parent Ralph Mealy; his siblings, Shirley Cunningham and Ralph Mealy Jr.; his nephew Ralph Mealy III; and his niece Jenny Mealy.
He is survived by: his parent Kathyrn Crawford Mealy; his sister Connie Johnson of Ludlow; his nephews, Matt Johnson (Ronda) of Louisburg, Todd Johnson (Shannon) of Ludlow and Brian Mealy (Cindy) of Clarendon Heights; and his niece Tina Mealy of Sheffield.
