He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Olsovsky and Sophie Olsovsky. He is survived by: his wife Pauline Olsovsky; his children, Dianna Greak (Oscar), Debbie Olsovsky, Cindy Pendergrast (Mike), Sheila Hageman, Beverly James (Albin), Laura Provada (Paul), John Olsovsky, Jr. (Karen), Bobby Olsovsky (Carol Ann) and Jeff Olsovsky; and his siblings, Georgia Matusek and Ben Olsovsky (Shirley). He is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, and numerous other relatives and friends.
