He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Albert Tijerina Sr. and Santos Ortiz Tijerina; and his brother Andrew Tijerina. He is survived by: his wife Antonia De La Torre; his sons, Joshua Tijerina (Amber) and Andre Tijerina (Michaela); his brother Tommy Tijerina (Sharon); and his grandchildren, Rose Tijerina, Ophelia Tijerina, Hayden Roberts, Aurora Gammons and Penelope Tijerina. He is also survived by other family members and friends.
