She is survived by: her children, Linda Guin (Kenneth) of Natchitoches, Brenda Gaidosek (William) of Sulphur, Annette Hernandez (Alfonzo) of Sugar Land and Richard Hlinsky (Diedra) of Crosby; and her siblings, Jerrydene Kovar, Bill Pavlik and Robert Pavlik. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren.
