He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Sr. Tvrdik and Carmine Tvrdik; his wife Glenda Tvrdik; his grandson Kyle Tvrdik; his sisters, Joyce Hajovsky (Johnny) and Gloria Hobizal (Willis); and his sister-in-law Sandy Tvrdik.

He is survived by: his sons, Randall Tvrdik and Ronald Tvrdik (Jacci); his grandchildren, Tiffany Tvrdik, Nicholas Tvrdik (Courtney), A. J. Clark and Michael Tvrdik; his great grandchild Everly Tvrdik; and his brother Thomas Tvrdik.
