He was predeceased by: his daughter Edna Perez; and his parents, Candida Flores Perez and Refugio Perez. He is survived by: his wife Genie Balderaz; his children, Eloy Perez, Jr. (Shelly), Lucy Perez, Mario Padilla (Mayra), Rosemarie Padilla and Jessica Balderaz; and his sisters, Rose Rudkin (David), Maria Cobos (Adalberto), Veronica Barrera (Homer) and Guadalupe Calzada (Danny). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
