He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilton Butler and Bessie Butler (Brown); his sister Jean; and his brother-in-law Bruce Jenkins. He is survived by: his wife Mary Butler; his children, Denise Rosas (Rene) and Mitchell Butler (Annika); his stepdaughter Barbara Livly (David); his brothers, David Sanders (Mary), Eddie Sanders, Charles Sanders (Joyce), Jimmy Sanders (Katie) and Michael Sanders; his brother-in-law Herbert "Dutch" Waige (Carolyn); the mother of his children Sarah Braquet (Dana); his grandchildren, Renner, Rebeca, Charlotte, Alex and Emma; and his stepgrandchildren, Angel, David Jr., Violet and Crystal. He is also survived by 1 great-grandchild on the way; numerous nieces and nephews.
