He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Roberto, Elida Cruz and David Gallegos, Jr.. He is survived by: his parents, Daniel Cruz and Cynthia Cruz; his brother Justin Tomas Cruz (Jessica); his grandmother Lydia Olmos Gallegos; his niece Olivia Rose Cruz; and his nephew Raudel Castillo, III.

Family has decided due to the COVID-19 a service will be held at a later date.
