She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Wleczyk and Nellie Wleczyk; her husband Leonard Startz; her son Larry Startz; her son-in-law Rick Pettigrew; her grandson Richard Pettigrew; her great grandchild Corbin Startz; her brother A. J. Wleczyk; and her siblings-in-law, Johnnie Macha and Alma Blaa Reid.
She is survived by: her daughters, Shirley Pettigrew and Linda Band (Larry); her daughter-in-law Sandra Startz; her grandchildren, Shelly Stubbs (Terry), Jennifer Wright (Nathan), Michael Pettigrew (Megan), Kelly Hubenak (Joe), Stephen Band, Dax Startz (Colette), Reed Startz (Darcie) and Ross Startz; and her sister Ella Macha. She is also survived by 16 great grandchildren.
