She was predeceased by: her parents, Juan Mata and Fidelia Mata; her son Johnny Arriaga; and her siblings, Adam Mata, Andrew A. Mata, Roy Mata and Rosita Mata.
She is survived by: her husband Juan Arriaga; her children, Mary Arriaga (Rose Corbitt), Veronica Arriaga, Gloria Ann Arriaga (Joe), Michael Ray Arriaga, Jimmy Arriaga (Amy), George Albert Arriaga and Richard Arriaga; her grandchildren, Amber Martinez (David), Jeremy Arriaga, Isaiah Arriaga, Bianca Arriaga and J. J. Montemayor; her great grandchildren, Aylah Braelyn Martinez, Mia London Martinez, Brooklyn Paisley Martinez and Mercedes Kinsley Martinez; and her sisters, Rosa Cantu, Juanita Rosilez, Mary Ann Ramirez and Cecilia Mata. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
