With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Raelyn Marie Van Casteren of Rosenberg, Texas, born in North Chicago, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 22, 2024 at the age of 65. She was predeceased by: her parents, Rayford F. Elgin, Sr. and Gladys M. Elgin (Joncas); her son Adam Clinton; and her brothers, Randy Elgin, John Miller and Phillip Miller.
She is survived by: her husband Gerald "Jerry" Van Casteren; her children, Matt Clinton (Kat) and Brielle; and her siblings, Rayford Elgin Jr. (Melissa), Addie Romanowski, Maureen Tazbier and Judy Sutton.
