He was predeceased by: his parents, Ethel Skip and Lloyd Quinby I. Skip; and his son Kenneth Quinby. He is survived by: his wife Mary Stephney Quinby; his daughter Andrea Scott (Brandon Scott); his sister Joan Wilson; and his stepchildren, Raymond Stephney, Angela Roundtree (James Roundtree), Brent Stephney (Kenetta Stephney) and Bridget Stephney.
