He was predeceased by: his parents, Tomas Noriega and Rafaela Noriega; and his siblings, Manuel Noriega, Ramona Torres, LaLa Bijarro, Antonia Castillo, Benita Calderon and Alta Gracia Noriega.
He is survived by: his wife Santos Noriega; and his daughters, Maggie Sanchez (Angel Jr.), Julie Medina (Ulysses), Misty De Leon and Crystal Hernandez (Daniel). He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren; along with numerous nieces, nephews, friends.
