He was predeceased by: his wife Susie Perez; his parents, Antanacio Perez and Brijida Perez; and his siblings, Julian Perez and Chavela Soza.
He is survived by: his children, Johnny Perez (Lynda), Steven Perez (Mirian) and Marissa Ramirez Gonzalez (Armando); his grandchildren, Marylou Villarreal (Joe), Alysa Perez, Steven Perez Jr., Arianna Ramirez and Jorge Ramirez; his great grandchildren, Justin Villarreal and Jayce Villarreal; and his siblings, Eluterio Perez (Nonie), Bobby Perez (Elma), Rosie Perez and Gloria Padilla. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends.
