He was predeceased by: his parents, John Emmett Cruickshank, Sr. and Maureen Lussier Cruickshank; and his brother Jerry Cruickshank. He is survived by: his children, John Cruickshank III (Kristina Kovar) and Kate Bihner (Brett); his siblings, Peter Cruickshank and Ann Dubay; and his grandsons, William, James and Andrew Bihner. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
Due to current COVID-19 restrictions, the family will have a private burial with full military honors and internment at Houston National Cemetery.
