With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Janet Stratman of Rosenberg, Texas, born in Alvin, Texas, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 14, 2024 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Phyllis Beall and Edward Beall. She is survived by: her husband Johnny Stratman; her daughters, Nancy Evans (Will) and Donna Blazek (Johnny); her sisters, Carol Merchant (Eddie) and Sharon Herrington; her grandchildren, Cheyanne Davis (Kyle), Dalton Blazek (Hillary) and Zack Evans; her great grandchildren, Lily, Luke, Layton, Laramie and Letty; her sons, Russell Stratman (Cheryl), Brion Stratman (Rebecca) and Chris; and her grandchildren, Colby, Holly, Melissa, Logan, Landon, Jacob and Devin. She is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Scott Funeral Home (1421 E Hwy 6, Alvin, TX 77511). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 at the Liverpool Cemetery.
