She was predeceased by: her husband Steven Lynn Adams; her parents, Lowell Homer Church and Ruby Frances Tarter; and her sister Marilyn Gossett (Tommy). She is survived by: her children, Amy Ketch (Dawn Ketch), Manda Adams (Syed Rehman) and Bryan Adams (Tina Norwood); her siblings, Karen Oropeza (Gilbert) and Wayne Church (Barbara); and her pet Boots. She is also survived by many family members and dear friends.
