It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edgar Allen Benton Jr. (Rosenberg, Texas), who passed away on February 6, 2024, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Allen Benton, Sr. and Mary Delle Benton (Fletcher); his wife Judy Benton; his brother George Melvin Benton; and his uncle Oscar Benton.

He is survived by: his son Brandon Brook Benton (Mindy Pannell); his grandson Landon Brook Benton; and his aunt Joyce Lynn Benton. He is also survived by numerous cousins, extended family and friends.
