He is survived by: his wife Sherry Mackie; his children, Bret Mackie, Julie Mackie and Brandy Bordelon; his grandson Casen Gleaton; his brother Richard Mackie; and his sisters-in-law, Carey and Dianne Mackie. He is also survived by numerous nieces/nephews.
