He is survived by: his wife Rita Banda Neeper; his parents, Robert Neeper and Linda Neeper; his brother Barry Neeper; his children, Sara Podojil (Jason), Steven Neeper, Emmanuel Neeper and Julie Orellana; his stepchildren, Kim Banda, Tracy Banda and Ashley Rubio; his grandchildren, Victor, Jadyn, Jayson, Dylan, Tyler, Steven, Lillith, Brasi, Briana, Miranda, Delilah, Emiliana, Destiny, Elizabeth, Mariah, Aliyah, Christian, Arianna and Averie; and his great grandchild Noah.
