He was predeceased by: his wife Lois Marie Baird Moya; his parents, Agustin Moya and Petra Moya (Florez); his son David Moya; and his siblings, Benito Moya, Jesse Palomares and Lupe Luna.
He is survived by: his children, John Moya, Rose Moya Husted (Mike) and Patricia Rodriguez (Luis). He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; along with numerous nieces, nephews, friends.
