She was predeceased by: her parents, Hardy Radford and Rose Fleming Radford; and her siblings, Robert York, Marvin Radford, Marie Radford, Clarence Radford, Elenore, Earl Radford, Rosie Rochelle and Sonny Radford.
She is survived by: her husband Edward Westerman of Cedar Springs; her sons, Dwayne Westerman (Lisa) of Cedar Springs and Dennis Westerman (Angela) of Lorena; her sister Ruby Bailey; her friend Virginia Blakely Boyett; and her pet Wiggles. She is also survived by grandchildren, great- grandchildren.
