He is survived by: his parents, John Puente and Mary Ramirez Puente; his wife Linda Puente of Rosebud; his children, Eric Puente of Rosebud, Jesus Puente Jr. of Rosebud, Jessica Puente of Chilton and Christina Puente of Rosebud; and his siblings, Leo Puente of Rosebud, Susie Leon of Rosebud, Lupe Granados of Rosebud, Martina Puente of Rosebud and Vicenta Puente Jimenez of Waco. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren.
