He is survived by: his wife Treena Jacques; his children, Cannon Jacques and Kristin Mitchell (Keith); his granddaughters, Kinsley Mitchell of Durango, Kennedy Mitchell of Durango and Kyla Mitchell of Durango; and his sister Margaret Isachsen (Cook-Gerngross-Green-Patterson) of Calabasas.
