He was predeceased by: his stepfather Kenneth Wayne Pruitt; and his sister Stormy Deeann Polk. He is survived by: his wife Lisa Pruitt of Rosebud; his children, Taytn Pruitt of Rosebud, Lauryn Klorres of Flint, Ashlynn Pruitt of Lott and Maegan Pruitt of Rosebud; his mother Preble Polk; his stepfather Calvin Polk of Rosebud; his sisters, Kristy Pruitt of Rosebud, Misty Pruitt of Rosebud, Kourtney Pruitt of Dallas, Kayla Pruitt of Dallas and Kadie Pruitt of Dallas; and his grandchildren, Jacob Eickenhorst Jr., Elijah Eickenhorst and Azalea Eickenhorst Kylan Jones.
