He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Duncan of Roscoe; his son Karsten Duncan of Sacramento; his brothers, Joe F. Duncan (Tove) of Lillesand, Norway and Edwin Duncan; and his sisters-in-law, Cynthia Sullivan of Hewitt and Gina Rodgers of Bonneylake, Washington.. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
